At DigitalGrowthMates Institute, we value your trust and want to make our payment and refund process simple, fair, and transparent. Please read the following carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
Payment Terms
- All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before attending classes.
- We accept payments through secure channels (bank transfer, UPI, cards, or approved gateways).
- For installment plans, payments must be made on or before the scheduled due dates.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to classes, materials, or certification until dues are cleared.
Refund Policy
We put effort into providing quality training and resources from day one. Because of this, refunds are subject to the following rules:
- Before Course Start Date
- Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Requests made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- After Course Commencement
- Once classes have started, no refund will be issued.
- However, students may choose to defer/enroll in a future batch (subject to availability).
- Non-Attendance
- Missing classes (online or offline) does not qualify for a refund. Doubt or extra sessions are provided to support learners.
- Institute Cancellation
- If DigitalGrowthMates cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen reasons, students can choose either:

Transfer & Batch Change Policy
- Students may request to move to another batch (subject to seat availability)
- Requests must be made within the first two weeks of course commencement.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.
- Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Special Notes
- Digital products, downloadable resources, or completed modules are non-refundable once accessed.
